Andy Blackford has written and creatively directed award-winning campaigns for 20 years. Uniquely, he has achieved this across the board in advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing and specialist financial agencies.

Chris King started out as a P&G client. And won his share of awards for big ad campaigns, but became better known as an early champion of what’s now called ‘integrated communications’.

Professor Angus Jenkinson is recognised as a ‘thought leader’ in the field of brands and marketing communications. He developed a comprehensive toolkit for Britain's major brands to facilitate integrated business development and marketing communication. Insights and tools from this project underpin KB49’s strategic capability.

Caroline Gillespie (Account Director) started her career at Publicis and worked on the relaunch of ASDA Price as well Perrier and Vittel mineral waters. She moved to Lowe Howard-Spink, working on COI business, and then on to DLKW where she ran the Nortel Networks account across Europe. From there she joined Walsh Trott Chick Smith as Board Account Director to work on The Independent, being part of the team that launched the first quality tabloid in the UK. Whilst at WTCS, she also worked on Ryvita, Interflora, Dairy Farmers of Britain, First Choice Holidays, Sainsbury’s Bank and she ran the COI business.

Ash Schofield first worked with Chris King on Mars confectionery brands, re-pitching and keeping the Galaxy business and pitching and winning the flagship brand, Mars. She is widely acknowledged as one of the best brand planners in the business.

Laura Kerrigan is KB49's resident Senior Account Manager. She has been at KB49 for over two years. She has a degree in Graphic Information Design that proves invaluable to the successful delivery of campaigns. Laura previously worked for COI, NUS and The Mirror Newspaper.
