Then we amplified it with DM and 48-sheet posters. Meanwhile, Inside Track wanted to ensure the continuing loyalty of their most active and profitable members. So we mailed each VIP customer a handsome presentation box containing a Blackberry, pre-loaded with the direct contact number of the company’s charismatic chairman, Jim Moore.
