Promoting a glass act

RAC Auto Windscreens is the second biggest player in the vehicle glass replacement industry. Through research among their customers, we helped them to identify their distinguishing quality: an almost obsessive commitment to customer service.

We embodied this principle in a creative campaign featuring Chip (a vicious little road stone) and Charlie (heroic glass fitter). The two are eternally locked in an epic conflict, but Charlie always comes out on top.

While, historically, our client’s prime competitor has dominated radio, Chip and Charlie will ensure that Auto Windscreens commands an effective presence in the visual media.
