Corrective SurgeryNovartis is among the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Our client was anxious to improve the way in which its representatives interacted with GPs, given the huge changes in the way practices are organised and resourced. After a national research exercise, we developed new communications protocols for the reps, along with a radical training video to improve their day-to-day effectiveness in the field. On the basis of the agency’s performance on this project, we were appointed to conduct and develop a pan-European positioning exercise for Lescol, one of the company's keystone products. Most recently, we’ve been helping Novartis to conduct a survey in Northern Europe into attitudes to Alzheimer’s Disease, in preparation for the launch of a new treatment medium. |
